To My Amazing Gotta-Scrap Inn Family,

Well... this wasn't an easy decision.

After a lot of thinking (and maybe a little overthinking!), I've decided that it's time to hit the pause button on

our regularly scheduled classes.

One of the biggest reasons for this change is something completely out of my control. As many of you know,

the largest wholesale company I've worked with for years suffered a devastating fire. They have officially laid

off their employees, and at this time there is no reopening date. They have been such a huge part of the

products we've all come to know and love, so this has had a much bigger impact than many people realize.

Rather than sitting around waiting and hoping things return to the way they were, I've decided it's time to look

ahead. I'll be searching for new vendors, building relationships with new companies, and bringing fresh

products and exciting new ideas into the store. It may look a little different than before, but I truly believe

that's a good thing. Change often leads to some pretty amazing opportunities.

As exciting new products arrive, I'll be creating online classes and demonstrations so you can purchase the

products, watch from the comfort of your own craft room, hit pause whenever you need to, and create right

along with me. You'll still be learning new techniques and discovering fun products—just in a different way.

And knowing me... I'll never stop sharing ideas! You may see the occasional make-and-take, specialty

project, seasonal décor idea, or fun creative tutorial pop up whenever inspiration strikes. If I create something

around the Inn and everyone starts asking, "Amy... how did you do that?" don't be surprised if I turn it into a

video to share with all of you!

I do want to be honest, though. Our regularly scheduled classes are officially on hold. Could they come back

someday? Maybe. They also may not. Right now, I'm choosing to focus my energy on creating something

even bigger.

The truth is... I'm only one person! I wear a lot of hats around here—owner, shopper, decorator, teacher,

event planner, landscaper, problem solver, pool girl, and sometimes even plumber! As much as I'd love to do

it all, there just aren't enough hours in the day.

I've finally realized that I'd rather be really great at a few things than stretched so thin trying to do everything. I

want to spend my time where it matters most—making your weekends at the Inn absolutely unforgettable.

Instead of cutting the same scrapbook paper over and over for three months while preparing class kits, I'd

rather spend that time dreaming up fresh ideas, discovering exciting new products, and creating a variety of

projects that inspire all of you. Some of you scrapbook, some make cards, others love mixed media, home

décor, journals, paper crafts, or simply enjoy being creative. Our crafting family has grown and changed over

the years, and I want to grow right along with it.

My hope is that instead of offering one class over and over, I'll be able to share many different ideas through

online tutorials, quick project videos, seasonal inspiration, and creative techniques that everyone can

enjoy—no matter what kind of crafter you are.

I'd also rather spend my time making your experience at Gotta-Scrap Inn even more unforgettable. That

means searching for exciting new vendors, bringing in fresh products, decorating the Inn for every season,

creating beautiful tablescapes, improving our spaces, and adding those little details that make you smile the

moment you walk through the front door.

You all know how much I love creating an experience—not just a weekend away. Whether it's a beautifully

decorated dining room, a new project waiting for you, a fun surprise in the store, or simply a place where you

can laugh with friends and forget about the real world for a few days... that's where I want to pour my heart.

My mission has never changed.

I still want Gotta-Scrap Inn to be the place where women come to laugh until they cry, make lifelong

friendships, relax by the pool, create beautiful projects, eat a little too much dessert, and leave feeling happier

than when they arrived. If anything, I believe this next chapter will make that experience even better.

Thank you for supporting this crazy dream of mine all these years. Some of you have been coming since the

very beginning, and you've become so much more than customers—you've become dear friends. Watching

friendships grow around these tables has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

So while one chapter is changing, another exciting one is just beginning.

• There will be new vendors.

• There will be exciting new products.

• There will be online classes, tutorials, and creative inspiration.

• There will be ideas for scrapbookers, card makers, home decorators, and every kind of crafter in between.

• There will be beautiful new touches throughout the Inn.

• And there will always be laughter, creativity, friendship... and probably a little organized chaos!

Thank you for continuing this journey with me. I truly can't wait to see what we create together next.

With love,

Amy ❤■
