The STORY of the Gotta-Scrap Inn

My name is Amy, and for as long as I can remember, my life has been about two things: creating art and creating friendships.

My parents were incredibly brave—they encouraged my creative spirit from a young age, even when it meant letting me paint my childhood bedroom hot pink with lime green trim! Though that first color choice was... memorable... their support never wavered. They eventually let me decorate the rest of the house and even built me a dedicated craft room in our basement.

That room is where it all started. It’s where I learned that working with my hands and designing things could make people smile. Today, you’ll see that passion scattered throughout the Inn—from the scrapbooks and jewelry I create to the flea market "trash" I’ve turned into treasure.

But more than painting or crafting, my true passion is entertaining. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my guests relax, smile, and enjoy life. I can’t wait to welcome you to the Inn and help you create something beautiful.
